For a better experience while using some parts of our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, e-mail, mobile number, user image, date of birth. If the SERVICE is used for Events, Training, Courses or Onboarding programs we will collect more data, and the purpose of the collection will be explicit mentioned in the registration form. You will find an approve button in the bottom of all these forms. You can at any time disapprove and delete your user and data.
In all communication sent from the SERVICE you will have the opportunity to unsubscribe and delete all stored data, accept history of paid items.
All data is stored in Google Cloud located in St. Ghislain, Belgium. The data will be stored as long as we find the data useful for making your user experience better, as long as your account is active or until you choose to delete the data. We also collect data that is stored anonymously for analysis and statistical purposes.
We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us. That is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

The service is built and adjusted according to the EU Council and the Parliament´s General Data Protection Regulation. All admins that use our Service is obliged to follow the guidelines for proper collection, use and storage of personal information.
We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We use SSL over https to limit the risk of data loss , and securing our clients data in the best possible manner. All our solutions is also secured by Cloudflare`s CDN and all data is stored in Google Cloud. There is a limited number of Service Administrators that have access to personal information, all of them has also signed a data controller agreement and been trained in proper handling of data.

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
